If you like to party with friends and listen to loud music, that's great but this is not the place for you.
Limited Housekeeping: Every two weeks the housekeeper will clean yo kitchen, bath, dust, sweep, and vacuum the floors. They will not wash dishes, do laundry, or move personal possessions. To deny access for more than 21 days will be a violation of the lease.
Common Areas: Limited to the front porch and gardens only.
Smoking, Vaping, Cigars, PipesE-cigarettes are Not Allowed: Savannah ordinances prohibit smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes / vaping anywhere on the property, this includes the front steps, porches, gardens, and the parking area. You may smoke ONLY on the sidewalk in front of the house or the lane behind the house, during inclement weather smoke in your car. Cigarette butts should never be brought into the house or carriage house, they must be completely extinguished and then placed in the trash bins in the lane behind the house.
No Open Flames or Candles Allowed
Firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited on the property.
Loft Suite Only: EPA Guidance: In accordance with the guidelines issued by the EPA thermostats are set to 72 degrees cooling and 68 degrees heating.
Safety and Security: Surveillance cameras can be accessed live via the internet, they monitor the exterior areas of the property, this includes porches, gardens, and parking areas.
Animals Are Not Allowed
Service Animals Are Not Allowed: The Galloway House is exempt from the Americans With Disabilities Act, ADA Title III Regulations, Section 36.104 Definitions, Place of Public Accommodation (1), states "Place of lodging, except for an establishment located within a facility that contains not more than five rooms for rent or hire and that actually is occupied by the proprietor of the establishment as the residence of the proprietor." Therefore the Galloway House is exempt as it is owner-occupied and has less than five guest suites.
Terms: Guests agree to indemnify and save individual owners, Keith K. Galloway, and his employees, free and harmless for any liabilities or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in any connection with the rental of the premises, including but not limited to, any claim or liability of personal injury or damage or loss of property which is incurred or sustained by a guest or the guests of a guest. Keith Galloway reserves the right to refuse or discontinue tenancy if, in his sole opinion, any person displays inappropriate behavior. Guests will be responsible for any damages or theft. A valid credit card must be on file for every reservation. Policies are subject to change without notice.
